Hotel Description
Brand new hotel in a perfect position: only 150 meters away from the main central Venice railway station (Santa Lucia). Rooms are very bright and lie on 4 floors (no lift), but weoffer 6 new rooms on the ground floor (only 5 stairsteps) for people who have some problems in moving upstairs (this rooms have bathroom ensuite and some are suitable for wheelchairs as well). They are all very well equipped and our guest can choose between rooms with bathroom ensuite (with hairdryer), and rooms with sharing bathroom on the floor (cheaper). Anyhow, every room has tv color (we are also buying a new satellite), airconditioning/heating, telephone (with the possibility to call outside), alarm service, selfcare stuffs, balcony with flowers on reguest (view on a typical venecian Calle). We also installed a wireless lan system, which is available anywhere in the hotel (5.00 euro per 1/h, 10.00 for each day). Our breakfast rooms give you the possibility to start the day with the right step and to get the energy to walk around Venice all the day long!
