All of our apartments in Venice are situated in the very heart of the city, in areas such as Saint Mark's Square, the Rialto bridge and Biennale area making the city's many attractions within easy walking distance. Our furnishings are modern and our focus is on making you feel at home. So whether you're visiting on business or pleasure we guarantee you a very comfortable stay. Check-in until midnight Check-out by 11:00 o'clock Cancellation If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and extra beds All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Pets Pets are allowed. No extra charges. Accepted credit cards no credit cards accepted, only cash Important information Please remember it is YOUR RESPONSABILITY to confirm arrival time as soon as you have booked your flights or train AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. All units are private apartments WITHOUT A RECEPTION DESK and you will be scheduled for an appointment at the apartment with a particular person in charge of your arrival. Therefore your best possible indication of a specific arrival time and updates concerning any changes (delays etc.) are essential and will ensure the best possible entry process.Key collection can take place from Monday to Friday from 15.00 until 19.00. We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in because of possible departures from the same apartment on the same day as well as the time required for cleaning the apartment. At times early arrival is possible if no cleaning is scheduled After 19.00 and on Saturdays and Sundays the service is not included and a small fee must be payed on the spot. On Saturdays and Sundays until 19.00 the check in service fee is Euro 10,00. All days from 19.00 until 00.00 the check in service fee is Euro 25,00. Check-out time and luggage storage Check-out is before 11:00. In case you require to leave your luggage in the apartment later then 11.00 am, please check with the office on your arrival and we will inform you about the latest hour possible. In most cases, the luggage can be deposited until the afternoon. Before leaving the apartment The final cleaning is included in the rent. We ask you to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions (garbage taken out, dishes washed, air conditioning turned off, etc.) Payment Please bring copy of your reservation with you Full Payment is in Cash Only upon arrival. We do not accept any other methods of payment at the moment.

QUERINI APARTMENT- Castello Corte Querini 3688 By Public Transport: From Piazzale Roma bus station or the railway station: Take the number 1 boat and exit at the San Zaccaria water bus stop. Turn right and cross the bridge. At the La Pieta church, turn left into Calle Della Pieta. Walk straight on until the end and turn left into Calle drio de la Pieta. Then turn right into Calle Bosello. Turn the 1st street on your left into Calle Querini which becomes Ramo Querini and ends in Corte Querini. The building’s door is the 1st on your right: number 3688. For late arrivals: the number 1 boat’s last run is at 00.00. Instead take boat number N which runs all night long. Exit at San Zaccaria and follow the instructions above. From Marco Polo airport: Take the Alilaguna boat which runs every 40 minutes. Exit at San Zaccaria and follow the directions as above. From Treviso airport: Take the Ryanair bus that goes to Venice-Piazzale Roma, the last bus stop. They run according to flight schedules. Then follow the directions as above. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes depending on the traffic. PONTE APARTMENT - Cannaregio 5573 (Rialto Bridge) The meeting point will be in front of "Ca' d'Oro " boat station. From Piazzale Roma or Trainstation take the water bus "vaporetto" number 1 and get off in Ca' d'oro. GONDOLA APARTMENT - San Marco The meeting point will be in front of "Sant' Angelo " boat station. From Piazzale Roma or Trainstation take the water bus "vaporetto" number 1 and get off in Ca' d'oro. DOGE APARTMENT - San Marco - Rialto The meeting point will be in front of "Rialto Mercato " boat station. From Piazzale Roma or Trainstation take the water bus "vaporetto" number 1 and get off in Rialto Mercato. CIMESIN APARTMENT - San Polo 3083 From Venice Airport take bus N. 5 to Venice and get off in Piazzale Roma (last stop). From Treviso Airport take the bus to Venice and get off in Piazzale roma (last stop). From Piazzale Roma or the Train station is only 5-10 minutes by walk. Please remember it is very important that you inform the property of your arrival time at least 4 days before your check-in. These apartments are in different locations throughout Venice and there is no reception desk. You will be scheduled for an appointment with one of the staff members who will wait for you at the apartment. Supplying your arrival time (including updates on delays etc) is therefore essential, and will ensure a smooth check-in process for all concerned. The cost of final cleaning is included in the rate. Key collection can take place from Monday to Friday until 19:00. After 19:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays the service is not included and a small fee must be paid on the spot, with different costs depending on arrival time. Number of Guests: Only the number of guests declared at the time of booking is allowed. Additional guests will be allowed in the booked accommodation only upon approval and at an extra fee per person per night. This includes children under 5 years of age.
